BORBA Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time usually ship the next business day. Please allow one additional business day for order processing when calculating expected delivery dates.

Upon shipment of your order, you will be sent a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • UPS Ground - Estimated Delivery Time is 7-10 business days from order date.
    Availability:  Continental United States. Not Available to PO Boxes.

                  		 All Orders are based on the weight of your order as calculated by the UPS shipping rate table.
    • For orders with Skin Balance Water, the estimated shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order but before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.
    • Please note: Due to its flammable nature, UPS Ground is the only shipping method used for delivery of the BORBA Atomizer.
       
  • UPS Next Day Air - $35 Available to the 48 contiguous states to destinations where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
    Estimated Delivery Time: Next day from ship date.
    Orders outside of the 48 contiguous states or with Skin Balance Waters are charged based on estimated weight as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order but before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Not available for BORBA Atomizer.
     
  • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. - $24  Delivery on the second business day by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most commercial destinations. 
    Available to the 48 contiguous states to destinations where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous states or with Skin Balance Waters are charged based on estimated weight as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order but before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Not available for BORBA Atomizer.

     
  • UPS 3rd Day Air A.M. - $18 - Delivery on the second business day by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most commercial destinations
    Available to the 48 contiguous states to destinations where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous states or with Skin Balance Waters are charged based on estimated weight as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order but before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Not available for BORBA Atomizer.
     
  • UPS Worldwide Express -Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 days from ship date.
    You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table (*excludes bottled waters). This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order but before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Not available for BORBA Atomizer.

    • International Orders Accepted (Select Countries)
      Estimated Delivery Time: 7-21 days from ship date, depending on the country.
      Available with USPS Priority flat rate only (approximately $37 -$65). Not available for BORBA Atomizer.  PLEASE NOTE: BORBA DOES NOT COVER DUTY TAXES OR OTHER FEES YOUR COUNTRY MAY IMPOSE WITH DELIVERY OF ITEMS FROM THE UNITED STATES. You will be responsible for paying such fees.  In most instances, this fee will range from $20 US Dollars to $50 US Dollars regardless of the size of your order.  Due to this fee, we'd advise placing large orders to minimize the fee effect. 
       
  • USPS Priority
    Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 days from ship date.
    • Orders that weigh more than 10 lbs are not eligible for USPS Priority shipping.
    • USPS Priority is not available for BORBA Atomizer.

Free shipping - When offered, all orders over $65 from Borba.com will receive free shipping using UPS Ground only to the continental US (*excluding bottled waters).

* Bottled water is only availble for shipping via UPS Ground. Bottled water shipping charges will be calculated by weight and recipient location using the UPS shipping rate calculator.

Example: As BORBA ships from California, if the recipient lives in New York City and orders two cases of bottled water (2 x 12.5lb = 25lb via UPS Ground), shipping charges will range between $25 - $35.

BORBA Returns & Exchanges
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with orders starting MAY 1st 2013. No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Substitutions. 

For Orders placed prior to May 1st,  To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the unopened item in its original package immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We recommend that you send your return via UPS to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but all shipping fees are not refundable. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.  Orders that ship free, orders over $150 and orders shipped via UPS, Fex Ex, USPS that attempt delivery and are refused or are unable to be delivered are subject to a 15% restocking fee and addition of shipping charges. 


Be sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is approximately 30 business days from the receipt date of your return.

International Orders
Please note that while we will issue you a full refund for the amount of your product purchased if it meets our return policy above, we will not refund international shipping fees or duty taxes.
