BORBA Automatic Delivery Program FAQ

How does it work?

3 Easy Steps for Auto Delivery

1. Place an order for an Auto Delivery item.

2. You'll be billed for the first shipment on your credit card and receive the first shipment.

3. After the stated time (for example, 60 days) you'll be billed for the next shipment one day before (example: day 59) and receive it shortly thereafter.

4. Step 3 is automatically repeated unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time.


Once you've signed up for Automatic Delivery, you don't have to keep re-ordering your favorite product. You'll automatically receive a fresh supply. Payments are made by credit card. The product detail for each Automatic Delivery will have the specific information you need concerning the timing and payment of each installment.

Will I be obligated to remain in the Automatic Delivery program?
There is no obligation and you may cancel at any time. After you cancel, you will not be billed for, or receive, any future shipments. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return from your first order, any item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Simply call BORBA Customer Service toll-free at: 1-866-525-0156 and a representative will gladly assist you with canceling your program. (Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST).

What if I need to return or delay an Automatic Delivery?
To delay an order, you can log into your account and click on the Manage Your
Auto-Shipments
 link. Once you log in, you will have the option to delay your order by 15 days.  Just click on the "Delay Order'  link. Or you can call BORBA Customer Service at 1-866-525-0156 and a representative will gladly assist you with delaying or returning a shipment. For returns, please follow the return instructions on the packing slip. If you decide to return more than one of your Automatic Deliveries but still want to stay in the program, please contact Customer Service to arrange for future deliveries.

Can I delay my Automatic Deliveries?
Yes, To delay an order, you can log into your account and click on the Manage Your
Auto-Shipments
 link. Once you log in, you will have the option to delay your order by 15 days.  Just click on the "Delay Order'  link. you can delay any shipment with in 48 hours of scheduled proccessing.  You can also delay a shipment by calling Customer Service at 1-866-525-0156 .

How do I cancel my Automatic Delivery plan?
An Automatic Shipment plan can be cancelled at the first auto-delivery cycle.  To do so,  log into your account and click on the Manage Your Auto-Shipments link. Once you log in, you will have the option to delay your order by 15 days or cancel your order.  Either click on  on the "Delay Order'  link or "Cancel" link.  

Can I change the shipping method for the plan?
Yes! Just call Customer Service at 1-866-525-0156 and a representative will gladly change your shipping method as needed for future shipments.

Will I be notified if my plan is discontinued?
If BORBA.COM discontinues a plan for any reason, a notification will be sent, via the USPS mail, to inform you of the discontinuation.
