How long has having good looking skin been important to you?
For a few years now - especially since I've started acting. Being an actress, aside from doing good work, you must also take care of yourself in the best way possible, both physically and intellectually. By looking good in this industry it shows that you take care of yourself and when you're intelligent as well as beautiful, it gives me confidence and it helps to become aspirational.
Do you take any extra steps to keep your skin looking as good as possible?
Yes, I have a dermatologist and I get facials and other treatments.
Has your skin issues ever embarrassed you or made a good situation less than desirable? What was the situation? What happened and did you do anything about it?
I've had frequent breakouts because of my age (she's 19) and the line of work I'm in (make-up). Because looking good is almost a requirement, I needed to take some extra steps, like facials to help.
What's your best skin care tip that you could give based on your experiences?
My tip I think it's pretty basic. Just wash your face every morning and every night. Also, always moisturize.
What do you think about the BORBA founder Scott-Vincent Borba and his knowledge of skin care and what he's trying to do?
He's a genius. As of recently, I've been educated about this past work and about BORBA and I am extremely impressed!
