I'm 44 yrs old and suffer with adult acne. I have used countless products over the past 30 yrs, including prescriptions. The amount of money I have spent is ridiculous. I have used Borba for only two weeks and I am beginning to see some changes to my skin, It appears more even toned and smooth. Much less breakouts and although I am still oily, I have faith it will lessen with time. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I gave this set a 3, but I think the products alone would have gotten a 4. There are a few problems that I brought up with customer service, and which they dismissed, that you should know. First, you're supposed to use the same amount of all products, but the lotions each once a day, and the concentrate and cleanser twice a day. So why half the concentrate as the lotion? It should be double like the cleanser. Borba said it was gelatenous and went further. OK, if you tell me to squeeze the same amount out of the tube, does it multiply in there or something? Also, my sunscreen expires 3 months from my order date. Customer service said the lotion would still work, it just wouldn't protect me from the sun. Well that's a relief. Can't tell you how many awesome lotions I would use if they just didn't keep me safe from the suns rays! COME ON! I bought sunscreen for a reason!
BORBA RESPONSEHi Erin, the sunscreen expiration date is a recommended use by date to provide the maximum SPF protection. The products themselves though will continue to provide SPF protection after the expiration date, only at a diminished level - For instance, it might have a 10% decrease after a month after the expiration date and continue as such.
Our products if used per directions, should not last more than 90 days, so we provided you with something we believed would be sufficent based on how many of our customers use the product. Believe it or not I picked my products up at a resale shop for peanuts but you can bet I will continue to use them. They are wonderful and you are all right about the fragrance. I could bathe in it.
