Started using these 6+ years ago when I worked at Sephora. At the time, they worked as the perfect hangover cure (FYI!), but since then, I use them when I feel I'm getting sick or am worn down and might get sick. I take a few whenever I travel. drinking my first packet right now- got the box on sale at walgreens (heads up everyone!) and am hopeful this will help me clear up my skin and give me some much needed energy! ill post an update when i notice something!=]

I really like this stuff! I have noticed a difference in my skin, another good thing is that these packets actually taste really great... I drink 2 a day!
