This stuff is amazing!!!! It actually tastes great!! (I am wierd about drinking stuff like that usually) It immediately gives me energy and I feel great. I drink it even when it's not PMS time ;-) I feel like my skin even looks better.

The no.1 issue with women and their menstruation cycle is that they don't understand the concept of what is happening to their body. Had this packet on a first and second day of my cycle (hot water with a bit of grated ginger)...I didn't feel any grogginess or back pain, I usually get at the beginning. Of course every cycle varies, but so far this product seems to smooth it out the monthly symptoms....And great orangey taste!
