I have only been using these for a couple weeks, but really see and feel a difference in my skin's smoothness. I have dry skin and this helps.

I've been taking these bursts for 2 months now, and though its benefits are long term rather than something you can see right away, it definately isn't a chore to remember to eat it. I keep it in my college desk drawer and never fail to take one everyday (especially important since fish is rarely on the menu here) Plus, it tastes really good!
