these are really good. I was happy with them. they do the trick when i am looking for something "naughty". I love them.

I just bought my first box at Walgreen's. The chew was harder than a rock yet the exp. date isn't until 11/12. I didn't mind the taste but I had to let it dissolve in my mouth. Are they supposed to be so rock hard?

I really like these chews and would buy them again and suggest them to my friends and family. They satisfy the "snack" attack and help keep my on track.

these are awsome! I work around food all day and have no desire to snack anymore!!!
-By Amanda, Nov 09, 2011
The chews taste great and I'm really not hungry if I think about it - that was day one - on day two of taking the chews, I didn't think about it! My cravings were at bay.

Very yummy and have definitely cut down on my desire to snack.

Delicious! Ate two at a party thinking they were candy and lost a couple of pounds without even trying!

Theses chews are not really chewable, they stick to your teeth. With that said, they do control my appetite for a couple of hours. I usually have one around 2pm or 3pm when I start to crave sweets after lunch. Since the chews last so long in your mouth (without chewing) it takes my mind off of the sweet cravings.

I agree with Beth that these were not much help in suppressing my appetite. I work out and keep a food journal, too, but was hoping for a little extra help with my carb cravings. My diet is already fairly low in carbs. I'm sorry to say that it wasn't really worth the $20 and 30 calories for your product.
Hi Monica, as mentioned with Beth, the chews contain Inulin which is known to be the MOST effective prebiotic which not only helps promote healthy bacteria in your system, but is also vital for optimal fat metabolism Inulin is also one of the few ingredients that can help you prevent it from the very start.
With that being said, the following with Beth's Response also applies to you " if you're looking to suppress carb cravings, then perhaps what you're actually looking for is something more along the lines of carb based foods that are lower on the glycemic index, such as dark rye bread, whole grain. bread, brown rice, etc... These foods tend to take longer for your body to process, so they'll stay with you longer during the day and reduce the "carb craving"."

These chews are really great tasting but they are a bit hard for me to chew. If they were a bit softer, I would definitely buy them again.

These taste great and really curb my craving for sweets! I am satisfied with just one, they are definitely more filling than regular chocolates, and don't leave you with that sugar-sick feeling. They are a bit difficult to chew at first bite, as a warning to the weak-jawed!

I love these chews and they do seem to fulfill that chocolate desire. My only problem with them is that they are a bit harder than I like and I soften them in warm water before eating them.

I'm going to try this for 30 days. I normally take one in the morning in combination with Acai drink for daily hydration. I'm already beginning to feel they help with my craving & weight management. Not sure if one can take two/day? cause the craving hits just about 10-12 hrs later, just before bed time.

Depends on what time you have this chocolaty chews on a day. For me it works perfectly popping one in between 3 to 5pm. I usually hit the gym around 6 or 7pm, after my workout found myself craving less and felt totally fine even skipping a dinner... (Of course I hydrate well throughout and after workout).
Besides this chew is so yummy...Definitely worth a try! What an amazing job, BORBA!

These are a great snack! I typically don't crave foods that aren't good for me after having the chocolate chews. I think they are great for the body.

Delicious, much better than I anticipated and they do curp my appetite, which is a much better solution than Dr. Siegal's cookies which I was using, I only need to drop a few pounds and these treats are doing the job perfectly!!

Truly seem to be curbing my appetite. Personally, I think the taste is ok - not great.

I really like the size and flavor of these chews as they remind me of salt-water taffy - a guilty pleasure of mine. While I'm not sure if they are actually helping me lose weight, I do notice that I do not think about eating for hours after eating two of them as a snack.

I'm disappointed in the chocolate chews. The taste is okay, nothing spectacular; they are sticky chewy (stick to your teeth too much). I don't see where they help suppress my appetite in any way or control carb cravings. I didn't buy them to lose weight. I work out every day (cardio and weights), I weigh 105 lbs. and keep a food journal but there are some days that I crave carbs more than others and was hoping these would help.
BORBA Response: Hi Beth, the chews contain a variety of ingredients to help with weight management, improve digestion and metabolism including inulin. Inulin is known to be the MOST effective prebiotic which not only helps promote healthy bacteria in your system, but is also vital for optimal fat metabolism. In addition, you're also on a low carb diet, there is a danger you may experience calcium depletion Inulin is one of the few ingredients that can help you prevent it from the very start.
With that being said, if you're looking to suppress carb cravings, then perhaps what you're actually looking for is something more along the lines of carb based foods that are lower on the glycemic index, such as dark rye bread, whole grain. bread, brown rice, etc... These foods tend to take longer for your body to process, so they'll stay with you longer during the day and reduce the "carb craving".
