Not sure if I would see any results yet because I have only been drinking them for a week, but they taste really good and I am drinking more water. It is a good thing.

The crystallines are all beautiful and festive. They keep your skin hydrated and nourished and help me drink more water. The acai berry flavor is my favorite.
