A Personal Holiday Message from Scott-Vincent Borba

I am fortunate this season always brings me joy. Each year I connect with my family on levels only available through holiday traditions. The importance of these traditions grows stronger every year and in practice, helps to define the love, values and happiness we share with one another. We celebrate Christmas at my parent's house where my sister decorates the tree beautifully with a different theme every year. Recently, a new tradition has taken foot with a string of BORBA gummi bears added to the tree.

One of my favorite Christmas Eve traditions occurs when we gather at my sister's house for dinner with her family. After dinner, we have the opportunity to open a special gift. For the gifts, we tend to choose things that reflect the bonds we share. As you may already know, one of the reasons I am so passionate about skin care is due to the issues my family and I have had keeping clear skin. To help, I've begun to attach new products as a bonus to my gifts. It's been a wonderful feeling to see how excited they are to receive them. This year, I'll be adding the new Replenishing Quench Masque and Healing Balm.

Very early Christmas morning, my family gathers around the tree for another tradition. Before we open our gifts, we each say something about the people in the room, sort of like a "roast". We talk about how much they have accomplished and reflect on the wonderful things they've done - and yes, the occasional joke is thrown in. For us, it's another moment where we can connect and share loving moments that carry us throughout the year.
