Q:Why does my skin stay so dry no matter what I use? - Sheena
A: Hi Sheena, dry skin is a symptom of a couple of things and is relatively easy to take care of especially if you do so through nutrition. So here's what you do. Make sure you're hydrated during the day. If you're drinking 3 cups of water, drink 4. If you're consuming beverages with caffeene, stop it! Coffee, Soda, Tea, Energy Drinks contain caffeene and cafeene will dehydrate you like nothing else (other than a sauna). A: Hi Erica, I know you wouldn't beleive me when I say this, but I love BLT's with avacado and love foods you'd find at a BBQ. However my typical diet consists of fruits, vegetables and a balance of whole grains, fish, poultry and of course my BORBA Crystallines. and Gummis. In this way, I am able to get the nutritional benefits I need for healthy skin and a fit body, but I can enjoy my BLTA's! MMMmm.... -SV
Q: how do I get rid of dry skin around the edges of my nose? - Indygo
A: Indygo, you'll need to find a moisturizer that you won't mind using daily. You can apply it directly to the dry areas and you should see the dryness disappear. You'll need to repeat this daily though. You should also make sure you are fully hydrated every day. This can provide a permanent fix and is much easier than applying a moisturizer.
